| I overheard a producer talking about putting in a proposal for a radio station ad that wanted some sort of chicken tie-in. I didn't understand the details but I offered to animate a chicken on the spot. By the next day the producer showed the ad agency 45 seconds of wacky chicken acrobatics. That cinched it. I went on to write and animate the commercial which gave birth to the now famous San Diego Chicken. |
