| In addition to playing the title role of Molly's big brother Bingo, I also play Mr. Growl, the kindly wolf who is the only adult figure within Rabbit Hollow. These gorgeous puppets were built by Richard Taylor of Wellington, New Zealand who recently took home two Academy Awards for the creatures and special effects in Peter Jackson' s LORD OF THE RINGS. |

Bingo and me resting in the trenches. During shots that contained both Bingo and Mr. Growl I would do both character's lines while another puppeteer pitched in. This would require keeping an eye on both characters in order to react to two set of events at the same time. BINGO & MOLLY was produced at Avalon Studios in New Zealand for the Discovery Channel. It has been airing on The Learning Channel continuously for the last five years throughout North and South America. |
| I have appeared in several episodes of Buster & Me, in addition to writing for the show and creating the animated buffers that lead in and out. I received an EMMY for my contributions to an episode on "Creativity" in 1982. In another episode, also shot around twenty years ago, I take Robin out on a date, leading to Buster and Vanilla's first experience with being left with a babysitter. It would be another 15 years in real life before Robin and I really "dated". Now we are married! |
